Hoopline ("the app") is developed and published by Orko Labs. This policy describes how the app handles your information.

Data we collect

None. Hoopline does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting, and no telemetry of any kind.

Your video and scoreboard data

All video import, scoreboard tracking, and video export happen entirely on your device. Hoopline does not upload your videos or game data to any server. When you export or share a finished video, that action is performed by iOS using the destination you choose (Photos, Messages, AirDrop, etc.) — Hoopline is not involved beyond handing the file to iOS.

Children

Hoopline does not collect data from any user, including users under 13. COPPA does not apply because no data is collected.

When you record and share videos that include other people — including minors — you are responsible for obtaining permission from anyone identifiable in the footage, or their parent or guardian if they're under 18, before sharing or posting.

Permissions

Hoopline requests access to your Photo Library only to import videos you select and to save exported videos you create.
